2nd Chance Fur-babies Animal Rescue is committed to and deeply passionate about standing up, acting, and speaking for the ones that can't do it for themselves (animals). Precious souls all around the world whom we refer to as "fur-babies" suffer every single day from neglect, abuse, homelessness, and being used as bait animals. We rescue these animals just when they feel all hope is gone, providing them with a second chance at a prosperous life by reuniting them with a loving adoptive family and forever home. The animals are vetted, spayed/neutered, evaluated and worked with before adoption to assure suitability to both the pet and the adopter. We shower them with love, happiness, attention, and guide them to a new meaning of life.  We are not a "shelter", we like to view this as a loving temporary home before adoption.  The animals have 16 acres of land to play and get plenty of exercise.  We also have a large pond that the dogs LOVE to swim in! Research shows that nearly 10,000 dogs are savagely euthanized EVERYDAY (and about 3 to 4 million a year) due to over population. We hope to reduce this number by simply educationg people about the importance of spaying and neutering, "adopt instead of shop" , and stop breeding! 2nd Chance Fur-babies Animal Rescue is a non-profit organization ran solely by caring volunteers, donations, and fund raising events.
